Optional analytics are off unless you choose to allow them.
1. Your choice
Optional analytics are off unless you allow them. Both choices below keep the main website, inquiry forms, and scheduling available. You can change your choice here at any time. Global Privacy Control overrides permission for optional analytics while that signal is enabled.
The preference applies to this browser on this website. Clearing cookies, using another browser or device, or changing the website origin can reset the choice. A reset does not automatically opt you in.
2. Cookies and browser storage
resilience_privacy is a first-party preference cookie. It stores only a versioned yes/no choice for optional analytics and expires after 180 days. It is readable by website code so the browser can honor your choice before sending optional events.
resilience_dashboard_session is an essential first-party cookie used for private operator access. It is HttpOnly, uses SameSite restrictions, and uses Secure in production. Its maximum lifetime is eight hours. A cookie alone cannot reopen private data: the active page must also hold a visit credential obtained through login. That credential stays in page memory, not localStorage, sessionStorage, or URLs. Private access expires after inactivity and on logout.
Optional analytics use a temporary identifier and a short journey of approved public page paths in page memory. They do not create a persistent visitor profile in browser storage. Reloading or closing the page clears this in-memory state. Withdrawing permission clears the optional state and removes legacy tracking keys used by earlier versions of the website.
Audit answers are held in page memory until submission; we remove the old resilience-audit-draft sessionStorage entry. We do not use localStorage or sessionStorage to preserve your unfinished personal answers. Refreshing or closing the form loses the draft.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to assess whether form activity is abusive. Security and hosting providers may use essential mechanisms necessary to deliver or protect requests. Their technical processing is separate from our optional analytics choice. External sites and services reached through links operate their own storage under their policies.
3. What optional analytics contain
Optional events contain an approved public page path, temporary session identifier, referring origin when available, and a limited event name or approved call-to-action code. We strip query strings, fragments, arbitrary link text, and arbitrary event properties. Private dashboard, login, and email-confirmation routes are excluded.
We use these events to understand the experience of visitors who opted in. They do not represent all visitors or prove why someone did or did not submit. Forms create their own operational records when you submit, even when analytics are disabled.
4. Other choices and requests
You can block or clear cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies can prevent private operator login and clearing preferences resets optional analytics to off. You can browse without completing a form.
The website does not implement sale of personal information or cross-context advertising. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or an applicable sale/sharing opt-out right, contact privacy@resilienceenterprises.net. We assess the actual processing and the law that applies to your request. Turning off analytics does not automatically erase correspondence or a booking you requested.
