Privacy Policy

What we collect through this website, how it is used, and how to ask us to access, correct, or delete it.

Updated September 21, 2026. Based in Wellington, Florida.

1. Scope and contact

Resilience Enterprises LLC in Wellington, Florida operates this website. This policy covers website visits, inquiries, Blueprint requests, audit intake, scheduling, and related correspondence. A separate client agreement or notice may explain additional processing needed for an engagement. Contact privacy@resilienceenterprises.net for privacy questions and requests.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or another person’s confidential records through these forms. Required fields are identified in the form. You may contact contact@resilienceenterprises.net instead of using an inquiry form, although email also creates a record of your communication.

2. Information collected

Information you submit includes your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, message, and, for an audit, phone number, business name, website, the constraint you identify, strengths and weaknesses, additional context, and a requested call time. We keep the submission source and operational identifiers used to process retries safely.

Responding to your request can create correspondence, appointment details, call links, delivery status, internal notes, and records of actions taken by our authorized operators. If an operator prepares a draft or internal assessment, it may contain information from your submission. These records are not public testimonials or publication permission.

Call recording is optional. At the start of a call, before recording begins, we ask everyone participating for permission to use Fathom to record and transcribe the conversation. You can have the call without being recorded. When a call is recorded with permission, we share the recording with you in the follow-up email alongside your next-move summary. Fathom processes the recording and transcript as a separate service provider.

Our servers and security providers receive technical information necessary to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, request metadata, errors, and spam-check results. Our application uses limited operational logs and rate-limit records. Provider infrastructure may maintain its own service logs.

Optional analytics run only after you allow them. They record approved public page paths, a temporary session identifier, referring website origin, and limited event codes such as starting an inquiry. We remove query strings and do not capture arbitrary button text, email link contents, or unfinished form answers as analytics. We do not install session replay or visitor identity enrichment through this website.

Unsubmitted audit answers remain in the active page’s memory and are lost when the page is refreshed or closed. Information is transmitted when you submit. Technical requests to serve the page and run security checks occur separately from submission.

3. Purposes

We use submitted information to understand and respond to your request, prepare for a conversation, identify opportunities, determine whether we can help, and administer an agreed relationship. We use contact and scheduling information for operational confirmations and reminders. We use delivery records to detect failures and avoid duplicate messages.

Our internal team uses information you provide to prepare documents for your conversation and your next-move summary. Our internal command center does not send your customer information to an external AI provider. Fathom recording and transcription, when you agree to them, are separate from that workflow. Further work with Resilience requires an agreed engagement.

We use necessary technical information to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and protect the website from abuse. With your analytics choice enabled, we use limited engagement data to understand which pages and flows are useful. Tracked activity does not conclusively establish a person’s intentions or business needs.

An inquiry does not sign you up for unrelated promotional messages. We do not use website tracking to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. Any additional use requiring notice or permission must be addressed before that use begins.

4. Access and recipients

Authorized Resilience operators access information needed for their work. Service providers process information to host and protect the website, store records, deliver email, manage calendars, and support operations. The website is designed to use Vercel for hosting, Neon/Postgres for database storage, Resend for transactional email, Google Workspace and Calendar for correspondence and scheduling, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Availability of a feature depends on its active provider configuration.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or administer a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell form submissions. We do not include advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising in this website implementation.

A form submission does not give permission to publish your confidential information or use it for public-model training. If a proposed engagement introduces additional tools, data recipients, recording, or AI processing beyond the practices described here, we must clarify those practices and any required permission before using them. Third-party websites you choose to visit have their own policies.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to requests, maintaining an active relationship, documenting what was requested, discussed, recommended, and delivered, resolving disputes, meeting legal duties, and protecting against abuse. Different records may need different periods. We review whether a business need remains instead of treating an inquiry as permanent permission to retain every detail.

Deletion can require work in several systems: the website database, email, calendar, internal documents, and service-provider copies. A website record being deleted does not recall a delivered email from its recipient. We may retain relevant correspondence, summaries, agreements, consent records, and recordings made with permission when reasonably needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, subject to applicable law. We document the reason for a retention exception, restrict access and further use, and review whether continued retention is necessary. This does not mean every visitor record is kept indefinitely.

Backups may retain information until they expire under the provider’s backup schedule. Deleted records must not be returned to active use merely because a backup is restored. We can explain the status and relevant limitations of a verified deletion request; we do not represent a request as complete while required provider work is still pending.

6. Privacy choices and requests

Optional analytics are off by default. You can allow or disable them on Cookies & Privacy Choices without affecting your ability to inquire or book. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off. Disabling analytics stops future optional collection; use a privacy request if you also want us to assess deletion of information already held.

Email privacy@resilienceenterprises.net to request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. Describe your request and the email address used with us. Do not send identification documents or sensitive details unless we explain why a limited verification step is necessary and provide an appropriate channel. We verify requests to avoid disclosing or deleting someone else’s information.

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, such as objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, appeal, or a complaint to a privacy authority. We will assess your request under applicable law, explain any limitation or refusal, and provide applicable review options. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. An authorized agent may contact us; we may need to verify the agent’s authority.

We do not interpret a general browser Do Not Track setting as consent to analytics. Our explicit preference control and Global Privacy Control handling determine optional analytics behavior. Essential security and service processing continue when analytics are disabled.

7. Security, location, and children

We use access controls, validation, restricted private access, and other technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected exposure privately to privacy@resilienceenterprises.net. If an incident creates a notification obligation, we will address it under applicable law.

We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Applicable transfer requirements and provider safeguards must be considered when information crosses borders. This policy does not treat browsing the website as a waiver of privacy rights.

The website is directed to adults seeking business services, not children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Updates

We update this policy when our practices or relevant requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Information collected under an earlier policy is not automatically available for an incompatible new purpose. Contact privacy@resilienceenterprises.net if you need clarification.
