Resilience Enterprises LLC

Terms of Service

The terms for using this website, requesting an audit, and understanding our recommendations.

Updated September 21, 2026. Based in Wellington, Florida.

1. Who these terms cover

This website is operated by Resilience Enterprises LLC, based in Wellington, Florida. “Resilience,” “we,” and “us” refer to that company. These terms apply to this website and its inquiry, Blueprint request, and Free Growth Audit features. Contact contact@resilienceenterprises.net with questions.

Please review these terms before submitting a request. Where a form asks you to accept them, your acceptance applies to that request. Simply visiting this website does not create a paid engagement or authorize us to charge you. If you act for a business, you must have authority to provide its information and make the request. Our services are intended for adults acting in a business capacity.

2. Inquiries, audits, and scheduling

An inquiry or free audit is a request for a conversation and an opportunity review. It does not oblige you to purchase anything or oblige us to accept an engagement. We may decline requests outside our capabilities, availability, or scope. We will not always identify an opportunity we can help with.

A selected calendar time is not a confirmed appointment. Treat a call as booked only when you receive a confirmed booking result or a confirmation from us. Availability may change while you complete a form. If scheduling fails after your information is saved, we may still follow up on your request. Contact us if you need to cancel or change a call.

Submitting a form authorizes us to respond about that request and, when applicable, send operational confirmations and appointment reminders. It does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing sequence. A separate service agreement governs any paid scope, fees, deliverables, ownership, timelines, and cancellation terms.

3. How to interpret our recommendations and examples

We do our best to understand your business and identify opportunities worth pursuing. Our recommendations reflect our perspective on the information available. We explain what supports them, what remains uncertain, and where we may not be able to help. An audit is not an exhaustive investigation of every part of your business.

We aim to be truthful and fair in how we evaluate opportunities. Our judgment can be incomplete or mistaken. Information you provide, changing market conditions, implementation quality, resources, and decisions outside our control affect what follows. Ask us to explain a recommendation or correct information that is inaccurate.

Case studies describe particular projects and circumstances. Samples, mockups, and projections illustrate possibilities where labeled. Neither an example nor a past result promises the same outcome for another business. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, conversion improvements, search rankings, AI recommendations, or other business results. You retain responsibility for deciding which opportunities to pursue and for checking requirements relevant to your business.

4. Information you share

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share. Avoid passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, health information, and confidential information about other people in public inquiry forms. Use a separately agreed secure channel when an engagement requires sensitive material.

You retain your rights in material you submit. You permit us to receive, store, review, and use it as reasonably needed to answer your request or perform an agreed service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement. Submitting information does not grant us a general license to publish it, use your name as a testimonial, or train a public AI model on it.

5. Website materials and acceptable use

Website text, designs, graphics, and other materials are owned by Resilience or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. You may view the site and keep reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Do not republish or sell our materials, misrepresent authorship, or use our branding to imply an affiliation without permission. Rights granted by law are unaffected.

Do not interfere with the website, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, impersonate someone, misuse forms, or collect personal information about other visitors. We may restrict abusive traffic or access to protect the service. Report suspected security issues privately to privacy@resilienceenterprises.net without accessing, changing, or exposing another person’s information.

6. Third-party services and availability

The website relies on hosting, security, email, calendar, and other service providers. External links and third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or every change they make. A link is not an endorsement of every statement on the linked site.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors, be interrupted, or change. Tell us about a problem so we can investigate. Do not rely on the website as your sole record of an agreed engagement; keep your signed agreement and direct correspondence.

7. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free website and its general information are provided as available, without a warranty of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular decision. This does not override an express promise in a signed service agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Resilience is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this free website, such as lost opportunities based on an unconfirmed appointment or reliance on a general example. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or intentional misconduct, or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Any service-specific allocation of liability must be addressed in the applicable agreement.

Florida law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without displacing protections that mandatorily apply where you live. Contact us first if there is a concern so we can try to resolve it. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a shortened statutory claim period.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or our practices. The date above identifies the current version. Changes operate prospectively and do not rewrite an existing signed agreement. If a change requires renewed agreement or notice, we will provide it through an appropriate channel.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Questions about website terms may be sent to contact@resilienceenterprises.net. Privacy requests go to privacy@resilienceenterprises.net. Copyright reports are described on our Copyright & DMCA page.
